The daily production and operation process of
Bag Making Machine mainly includes preparation before start-up, use and observation in work and shutdown operation, etc. Therefore, we need to carry out detailed specification from the above work contents when we formulate operation specifications for users or production technicians. The details are as follows:
Inspection preparation before start-up: check whether there are dust and sundries around the equipment and remove them; install the film roll according to the requirements of the production notice; adjust the size of the bag according to the production notice and process documents, install the heat sealing knife, and preliminarily adjust the position of the slitting knife and the heat sealing knife; turn on the power supply, set the temperature of the heat sealing knife according to the requirements of the process document; input the relevant data of bag making and The number of each tie; the pattern with large color difference can adjust the sensitivity along the left and right.
Observation and adjustment during operation: when the main motor runs at low speed, the side position control is adjusted, and the membrane bisection is in the middle position; the left and right pinch rolls are adjusted to align the left and right films; the front and rear pinch rolls are adjusted to align the pattern; the heat sealing knife is adjusted to make the heat seal within the required range of the bag; the slitting blade is adjusted to the required position, and the drilling position is adjusted to the scissors opening. Adjust the machine speed initially, take a flat sample bag for preliminary inspection. If it fails to meet the specified requirements, take another step of flat sample bag for heat sealing value test. The quality inspector of the machine shall carry out the inspection, and the certificate shall be pasted if the inspection is qualified.
Finishing work after shutdown: turn off the main power switch, and then turn off the power switch of all parts; clean the machine and site sanitation, and send the products to the general inspection room; make the shift record, which is required to be accurate and tidy.
