The operation procedure of
Bag Making Machine includes four aspects: preparation before starting Bai, starting Du machine, stopping machine and loading Zhi box. The details are as follows:
1. Preparation before startup
Check whether there are dust and sundries around the equipment and remove them; install the film roll according to the requirements of the production notice; adjust the size of the bag according to the production notice and process documents, install the heat sealing knife, and preliminarily adjust the position of the parting knife and heat sealing knife; turn on the power supply and set the temperature of the heat sealing knife according to the requirements of the process document; input the relevant data of bag making and the number of each bundle; the color difference is large Adjust the sensitivity along the left and right of the pattern.
2. Power on
When the main motor runs at low speed, the side position control is adjusted immediately, and the film bisection is in the middle position; the left and right pinch rolls are adjusted to align the left and right films; the front and rear pinch rolls are adjusted to align the pattern; the heat sealing knife is adjusted to make the heat seal within the required range of the bag; the slitting blade is adjusted to the required position, and the drilling position is adjusted to the scissors opening. Adjust the machine speed for initial inspection; the quality inspector of the machine shall carry out the inspection, and the certificate shall be attached if the inspection is qualified.
3. Shutdown
Turn off the main power switch, and then disconnect the power switch of each part; clean the machine and the site sanitation, and send the products to the general inspection room; make the shift record, which is accurate and tidy.
4. Packing
The machine personnel shall sort out the products in this process, select the unqualified products with quality defects, bundle up the qualified products and send them to the machine quality inspector for inspection; the machine quality inspector shall inspect the quantity and quality one by one, and after the quantity and quality are qualified, they shall be packed into the box and put into the packing list according to the requirements; the general quality inspector shall conduct sampling inspection on the products submitted for inspection according to the specified proportion, and after passing the inspection Packing and warehousing.
