Main control process of Bag Making Machine
1. Turn on the discharge switch, and store quantitative materials by controlling the action of the storage motor through the photoelectric storage.
2. Turn on the heating control switch and heat the hot knife through the temperature controller.
3. When the number of bags is set for sealing and cutting, complete the bag.
4. The step motor drives the raw material action, in which the white bag sealing and cutting is to determine the fixed steps of the step motor to stop to achieve the fixed length control; the color bag sealing and cutting is to detect the corresponding signal to stop the step motor by detecting the electric eye to achieve the positioning control.
5. After the step motor stops, the three-phase asynchronous motor drives the hot knife for sealing and cutting.
