1、 There are pockmarks on the bag
1. Rubber roller and aluminum roller are not cleaned;
2. The lower part of the front and rear water pressure plates is not wiped clean;
3. Conveyor belt dirty things;
4. There is coke on the edge of the knife.

1. Clean all parts with cleaning machine cloth;
2. Clean the lower part of the water pressure plate with printing solvent;
3. Rub it with a polishing machine and then clean it;
4. Clean the knife edge with a wet cloth, check whether the temperature is normal, if not, adjust to the appropriate temperature.

2、 There are small holes in the bag
1. There is coke on the cutting edge;
2. The water pressure plate is not well pressed;
3. The speed is too fast;
4. The clamp chain and reinforcement are too thick;
5. The discharge roller is crushed.
resolvent:
1. Clean the knife edge and reduce the temperature by 5-10 ℃;
2. Re press the water pressure plate;
3. Adjust the speed;
4. The chains and tendons become thinner;
5. Replace the discharge roller.
