Cutting system of bag making machine

The cutting system is composed of cutter, length adjuster, overrunning clutch and welding wire adjustment.
1. Cutter: it is an important part of the system. It adopts moving cutter and sliding guide. It is a floating mechanism pressed by spring. The upper and lower cutters can be adjusted. The adjusting screw can be used to adjust the tightness of the cutter and eliminate the difficult cutting of raw materials.
2. Bag making length adjuster: the bag making length is adjusted by changing the position of the connecting rod sleeve on the eccentric carriage to control the bag making length, and the bag making size is adjusted by loosening the handwheel and nut.
3. Overrunning clutch: Zhongsu overrunning clutch is an important part of the machine. Its quality and performance directly affect the error of product length. However, in the use process, due to the high working frequency, its service life also has a certain limit. If it is found that there is an error in the length of bag making in the production process (generally after half a year of continuous production), but other faults cannot be solved after troubleshooting, the clutch can be disassembled for inspection and maintenance.
4. Adjustment of the distance between the welding line and the cutting line: the distance between the welding line and the cutting line is generally 5-10 mm. Turn the hand wheel on the adjusting frame to make the cross beam roller rise or fall a certain distance to get the appropriate cutting line. In order to observe the quality of welding wire, the position of welding wire with single bottom line can be adjusted to the outer end of machine cutter. If the welding line is not parallel to the bottom line, loosen the fastening screw of one bevel gear, turn the hand wheel to raise or lower one end of the beam roller; after the production is stable, lock the screw of the gear.
5. Adjustment method of welding knife: pad a piece of thin paper on the support base, rotate the large hand wheel in the body box by hand to make the welding knife at the bottom dead center, loosen the nut and adjusting nut, and try to pull the compression degree of both ends of the thin paper by hand until it is approximately equal. After adjustment, lock the nut to prevent loosening.
6. Automatic light control feeding device: the device is composed of servo motor, feeding rubber roller, light control film shutter, shutter, photoelectric tracking machine and electric control line. Its function is to maintain normal film feeding in the production process. When the machine is running, when the film feeding speed is too fast to cover the light controlled ray, the device will send out a command to stop the motor from rotating and feeding.
