High speed bag pouch making machinery use servo cutter to cut bags.

This is good for round corner bags,because servo cutter could cut 2mm in a very short time,

Effectively subtract the burr edges caused by rounding corners in the bag making process. Yes, the bag looks very smooth.

The servo cutter could set length of double cutter,according to the printing process.

Control system based on industrial PC.

Adopts PLC to control , touching screen displaying.

System adopts multiple photoelectric control.

Temperature : 0-300℃ non-contact automatic control , Touch screen displaying .

Counter : preset is available .

Conveyer : conveyer time can be preset .

Punching device : punching time can be preset , and punch mode can be set as continuous or interval .

Working mode:Color label mode or fixed length mode.

Skip mode : twice to ninety-nine times .

Selectivity : feeding without movement , upper & lower regulating trimmer can be selected.

Message alert : lost of photoelectricity , warping alarm ,servomotor alarm ,tension alarm and auto-switch off the machine .
