Bag making machine, the sealing is easy to open. What is the reason for this phenomenon?
1. Insufficient heat seal temperature
Generally, when the thickness of the bag is 80-90 μ m, the heat sealing temperature should be 170 ℃ ~ 180 ℃, the thickness of the composite bag made of PE is 85-100 μ m, and the temperature should be controlled at 180-200 ℃.
2. Heat sealing speed is too fast
Due to the poor sealing performance, it may be that the speed of heat sealing is too fast, and the heat of sealing part cannot be transferred to the cold pressure place for cooling treatment, so it can not meet the quality requirements of heat sealing.
3. There is a problem with the quality of heat sealing film
Sealing is easy to open and also related to the quality of heat sealing film. If the corona treatment of composite materials is not uniform and happens to appear at the sealing place, it cannot be sealed.
4. Cold press rubber wheel pressure not suitable
Cold pressing rubber wheel has upper and lower pressures, and the pressure between them should be moderate. When adjusting the pressure, just clamp the spring.
