Bag making machine tension detection:
Keeping the material tension constant and controlling the tension fluctuation are the important factors to improve the production efficiency and control the quality of bag making. Tension detection is the basic premise of tension control.
There are two kinds of tension sensors in traditional bag making machine: direct measurement and indirect measurement. Directly measured bearing type tension sensor, such as the excitation coil and secondary coil of piezomagnetic type tension sensor, The secondary coil is an inductor. When the magnetic element is subjected to mechanical stress in the measuring direction, the magnetic coupling phenomenon will appear. The secondary coil will generate an induced AC voltage signal proportional to the mechanical force, and output a tension signal proportional to the mechanical force through signal processing. The varistor type tension sensor is installed between the bearing and the frame to record the horizontal winding drum tension The corresponding amplifier is used to process the full bridge voltage supply and measurement signal. The output signal of the amplifier is proportional to the radial force, which can be used for digital display or as the instantaneous value of the closed-loop loop; there is also a leaf spring micro displacement tension sensor. The advantages of direct tension sensor are wide detection range, fast response speed and good linearity. The disadvantage is that it can't absorb the peak value of tension. When the tension control system is disturbed strongly, the system has no time to respond and the tension on the strip changes greatly.
Indirect tension detection is actually a kind of position control, and floating roller tension detection is commonly used. When the tension is stable, the tension on the strip is balanced with the cylinder force, so that the floating roller is in the middle position. When the tension changes, the position of the floating roller will rise or fall. The potentiometer of the floating roller detects the change of the position of the floating roller. It will feed back the position signal to the tension controller. The controller calculates and outputs the control signal.
Combined with the direct and indirect testing methods, it can detect the signal of the floating roller position and the tension electrical signal of the sensor output at the same time. It has a good buffering effect, and also has the characteristics of high precision and high repeatability of the closed-loop control.
There is also a detection method to get the tension according to the winding diameter. The speed of the winding shaft is detected by the proximity switch installed on the winding shaft, and the current diameter of the winding or unwinding drum is calculated by the set initial value of the winding diameter and the material thickness, and the control signal is output according to the change of the winding diameter to control the winding torque or unwinding brake torque, so as to adjust the tension.

Bag making machine deviation detection:
In the process of material transmission, due to uneven stress, thickness, roundness of the traction roller and other reasons, the position deviation of the horizontal direction may occur, so online deviation detection should be carried out in time.
In the early days, the speed of bag making machine was not high, and the material deviation was observed and adjusted manually by the operator according to the actual situation on site.
Because photoelectric sensor has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, high precision and fast response, photoelectric sensor is used to track the boundaries of different chroma areas on the edge of packaging materials, read out the offset between the actual position and the set position of the strip, convert the offset into electrical signal amplification, compare, calculate and analyze, and then send out instructions to the servo controller to control the motor Drive the guide mechanism of rectifying deviation, return the strip to the set position, and achieve the purpose of automatic tracking and adjustment of conveying.
