Detailed process flow of Bag Making Machine

(1) Loading rack
A cylinder controls the iron rod to slide up and down for easy loading. The drum is screwed up. After loading, use a low-pressure wide bag to bind the film. The drum rotates counterclockwise.
(2) Tailstock cot
Two rubber rollers are pressed tightly and driven by a small motor to rotate and pull the film.
(3) Rolling curtain
The roller shutter is generally made of mat or plastic, which mainly plays a role of pressing and tension control. There is an inductor behind the cursor to detect whether there is film in front to control the operation and stop of the tailstock rubber roller motor. If there is, stop; if there is no, move.
(4) Pause board
It is made of stainless steel and plays a function of flattening the film, preventing the bag from folding and ensuring the bag size. So the pause board should be flat. Light weight objects can be placed above the film to flatten the film.
(5) Photoeye
The length of the bag, the cutting position and the length of the color mark can be controlled by tracking the change of the color scale of the printing color on the bag. The smooth eye can be corrected by adjusting the screws at both ends to move back and forth and stop (2-3mm). You can put a piece of white paper under the film facing the optical eye to increase its sensitivity. If the pattern is complex, white paper can also be placed on the pattern to ensure that the pattern under the eyelet is straight, and there is no other color before and after the pattern interference.
Optical eye location: ① a relatively flat straight line. ② There is no other pattern interference in front of the pattern, otherwise it will affect the optical eye stop.
(6) Sealing
The sealing knife is triangular, with a set of rollers at both ends to ensure that the film runs straight at the sealing knife. Generally speaking, the knife pad roller is a heat-resistant silica gel roller. There is a layer of heat-resistant adhesive tape on the knife and the silica gel roller. There are two copper tiles at both ends of the sealing knife to control the upper and lower parts of the sealing knife, so lubricating oil should be added frequently here.
Change the cutter cloth: ① first polish the sealing cutter with sandpaper.
② Stick the cloth in the middle of the knife and drive it towards both sides to avoid air bubbles and wrinkles in the middle of the cloth, otherwise it will lead to virtual sealing.
(7) Positioning bar
By adjusting the screw to control the height of iron bar, and then adjust the position of film cutting.
(8) Corrugated rubber roller
There is a spring on the roller to avoid static electricity, and a special motor controls its operation. There are special antistatic devices (a iron bar with a row of iron needles) before and after knife sealing
(9) Cutter
There are two upper and lower cutters, the lower cutter is fixed, the blade tilts up about 5 ° angle, and the upper cutter falls to cut the film. The cutter is mostly cast iron, and lubricating oil is added at both ends of the cutter. The front and back distance between the upper cutter and the lower cutter can be controlled by adjusting the fixing screw of the upper cutter.
(10) Fold
Folding is divided into three steps, and the Bag making machine automatically folds. If the customer requires that the words should be outward when packing, the drum should rotate clockwise when winding. If the word is inward, the drum rotates counterclockwise when winding.
