Application and characteristics of three side sealing
Bag Making Machine The machine is suitable for the production of two-layer or multi-layer three side sealing composite film bags with BOPP, OPP, CPP, PE, nylon, aluminum foil and paper as the base materials. It has the functions of zipper and self-supporting bag. It is easy to operate, flat and beautiful, with high heat sealing strength at the edge sealing and fast bag making speed. It is an ideal packaging bag making equipment. Materials: various composite films.

1. The whole machine adopts imported PLC with centralized control of man-machine interface. Stable performance, easy to operate and maintain. The operation interface can be switched between Chinese and English.
2. Automatic constant tension control, LPC automatic deviation correction, AC frequency conversion and constant speed automatic feeding

5. The temperature of the press knife is adjusted by PID, with no contact automatic control and centralized setting of man-machine interface.

7. Temperature: 0 ～ 300 ℃, adjustable, non-contact control, centralized setting of touch screen.
8. Counting: the quantity and batch number can be accumulated automatically with preset function.
9. Working mode: fixed length bag making, photoelectric tracking bag making, standing bag, zipper bag
10. Punching method: continuous, interval and stop can be set, and the punching time can be preset
11. Double delivery: one to six times delivery.
12. Batch sending function: the workbench has batch sending function, and batch sending quantity can be preset.
