① Mainly check whether the current value of "pulse equivalent" parameter in the "modification" of the computer is "0.107".
5. After discharging DC motor or conveyor belt motor does not rotate, does not work:
① Check whether the over-current indicator in the upper left corner of the DC motor speed control board is on. If the over-current indicator is on, turn off the main power supply for 5 seconds and then power on. If the over-current indicator is still on, please replace the DC motor speed control board.
② Check whether the speed regulating potentiometer is out of order. If it fails, replace the potentiometer.
③ Check whether the carbon brush of DC motor is worn excessively. If it is worn excessively, replace the carbon brush.
