The cutting system of
Bag Making Machine is composed of cutter, length regulator, overrunning clutch and welding line adjustment.
1. Cutter: it is the most important part of the system. It is a floating mechanism with moving knife and sliding guide and pressed by spring. The upper and lower knives can be adjusted. The adjusting screw is set, which can be used to adjust the tightness of the cutter, which can well eliminate the phenomenon of raw material difficult to cut.
2. Bag making length regulator: the bag making length is adjusted by changing the position of the connecting rod sleeve on the eccentric carriage to control the bag making length, and the bag making size is adjusted by tightening the hand wheel and nut.
3. Overrunning clutch: Zhongsu overrunning clutch is an important part of the machine. Its quality and performance directly affect the length error of the product. However, due to its high working frequency, its service life is limited. If it is found that there is an error in the length of bag making in the production process (generally after half a year of continuous production), and other faults can not be solved, the clutch can be disassembled for inspection and maintenance.
4. Adjustment of the distance between welding line and cutting line: the distance between welding line and cutting line is generally 5-10 mm. Turn the hand wheel on the adjusting frame to make the cross beam roller rise or fall for a certain distance to get the ideal cutting line. In order to observe the quality of the welding tool, it is easy to adjust the position of the welding tool to the outer end of the wire. If the welding line is not parallel to the bottom line, loosen the fastening screw of a bevel gear and turn the hand wheel to raise or lower one end of the cross beam roller; after the production is stable, lock the screw of the gear.
5. Adjustment method of welding knife: pad a piece of thin paper on the support base, rotate the big hand wheel in the body box by hand to make the welding knife at the bottom dead point, loosen the nut and adjusting nut, and manually test the compression degree of both ends of the thin paper until it is approximately equal. After adjustment, lock the nut to prevent loosening.
6. Automatic light control feeding device: the automatic light control feeding device of
Plastic Bag Making Machine is composed of servo motor, feeding rubber roller, light controlled film covering device, curtain, photoelectric tracking machine and electric control line. Its function is to keep normal film feeding during production. When the machine is running, when the film feeding speed is too fast to cover the light controlled rays, the device will send a command to stop the motor from rotating and feeding.
